Every piece of Art from the ACTIV3 UNIVERSE journey is more than just Art.

It is you being part of that journey.

Every piece holds an essence — a deep, irreplaceable virtue that cannot be replicated, duplicated, or transferred through a transaction. When you own a piece from ACTIV3 UNIVERSE, you are not just holding an artwork. You are holding a moment, a frequency, a chapter of something revolutionary that is unfolding in real time.

These are not commodities. They are living artifacts of a movement. Treat them as such.

Thank you for supporting original Art and music. By purchasing any digital or physical product from ACTIV3 UNIVERSE, you are acquiring a Limited, Non-Exclusive, Personal Use License. This purchase does not transfer copyright or intellectual property rights to you.

Please read the permitted and prohibited uses below carefully.

1. DIGITAL ART COVERS

Applies to all digital Art Cover files and high-resolution downloads.

🟢 What You CAN Do:

Display in your home, office, studio, or any personal or social gathering space
Use as a digital wallpaper or screensaver on personal devices
Share or display on personal social media with full credit to ACTIV3 UNIVERSE
Pass the artwork on to a loved one, friend, or family member as a gift or inheritance — the piece may live on through those you love
Print for personal display in private spaces

🔴 What You CANNOT Do:

Resell or transfer for financial gain — this artwork is not a commodity and may not be sold to any third party under any circumstances
Mint as an NFT or tokenize in any form without express written consent from ACTIV3 UNIVERSE
Print additional copies for distribution or profit
Upload to print-on-demand platforms (Redbubble, Zazzle, Printful, TeeSpring, etc.)
Use commercially — advertising merchandise, product packaging, or promotional material
Feed into any AI model, generator, dataset, or machine learning algorithm
Edit, recolor, crop, or alter the artwork to claim it as your own
Redistribute or sublicense the digital file in any form

2. PHYSICAL ART PRINTS & SIGNED COLLECTIBLES

Applies to all physical art prints, signed covers, and physical collectibles.

🟢 What You CAN Do:

Display in your home, office, studio, or at social gatherings
Feature on personal social media (tagging @ACTIV3UNIVERSE is always appreciated!)
Gift or pass on to a loved one, friend, or as a family heirloom — the piece may be transferred as a gift or inheritance

🔴 What You CANNOT Do:

Resell for financial gain — physical pieces from ACTIV3 UNIVERSE are not for resale under any circumstances
Scan, photograph, or digitally reproduce the physical item to create copies
Mint as an NFT or tokenize in any digital form
Reverse-engineer or digitize physical artwork for electronic distribution
Claim copyright ownership of any design, artwork, or brand asset

3. DIGITAL MUSIC — WAV SINGLES

Applies to all WAV audio files purchased and downloaded from ACTIV3 UNIVERSE.

🟢 What You CAN Do:

Download and play on personal devices for personal listening enjoyment
Store a personal backup copy of the file

🔴 What You CANNOT Do:

Distribute, share, upload, or stream on any platform
Use in commercial projects, content creation, films, ads, or media without a separate commercial license
Upload to AI music tools, datasets, or generative platforms
Sell or sublicense the audio file to any third party
Claim authorship or ownership of the music

4. PHYSICAL PRODUCTS — ACTIVE WEARS & ROAD RELICS

Applies to all clothing, cassettes, and Road Relics collectibles.

🟢 What You CAN Do:

Wear, display, or use in any personal or public setting
Feature on personal social media with credit to ACTIV3 UNIVERSE
Gift or pass on to a loved one as a personal transfer

🔴 What You CANNOT Do:

Resell for financial gain — ACTIV3 UNIVERSE pieces are not for resale
Scan, photograph, or digitally reproduce to create copies
Claim copyright ownership of any design, artwork, or brand asset

5. LETTERS FROM THE ROAD — WRITTEN WORKS

Applies to all eBooks, letters, and written digital works.

Read and enjoy on personal devices
Print a single copy for personal reading

🔴 What You CANNOT Do:

Reproduce, copy, or distribute the text in any form
Use excerpts commercially without written permission
Upload to AI tools or datasets

6. STANDARD LEGAL TERMS

📌 Intellectual Property
All artwork, music, writing, designs, and brand assets are protected under national and international copyright laws. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution constitutes copyright infringement and will be met with immediate legal action.

📌 No Resale Policy
All pieces from ACTIV3 UNIVERSE — digital or physical — are strictly non-resellable. Ownership does not transfer copyright or the right to profit from the work in any form. This policy exists to protect the integrity, essence, and revolutionary nature of every piece in this journey.

📌 No Refunds on Digital Products
All digital sales — Art Covers, WAV Singles, and written works — are final and non-refundable once delivered or downloaded. If you experience technical difficulties, contact us immediately at Activ3inquiries@proton.me

📌 Policy Enforcement
Any violation of this license automatically terminates your right to use or display the purchased work. ACTIV3 UNIVERSE reserves the right to revoke access and take appropriate legal steps to protect its intellectual property.
