ACTIV3 Collector Ownership Policy

At ACTIV3, every artwork exists as more than a visual creation. Each piece is treated as a living archive of story, energy, and legacy.

To preserve both artistic integrity and collector value, all artworks released under the ACTIV3 Art Collection follow the official ACTIV3 Release Formula.

1. Original — The Genesis Piece

Every artwork begins as an Original. This is the first and only master version of the piece, created as a one-of-one (1/1) artwork.

Each Original is:

• Unique and irreplaceable
• Released to a single collector
• Authenticated as the master piece within the ACTIV3 archive

Ownership of the Original grants the collector possession of the authentic master artwork and recognition as the Genesis Collector — the first official custodian of the piece.

One artwork. One collector. One legacy.

2. Legacy — When Ownership Becomes History

Once an Original is acquired, the artwork enters Legacy Status. This means:

• The Original is officially marked SOLD / ARCHIVED
• Ownership is recorded in the ACTIV3 collector registry
• The artwork becomes part of ACTIV3 historical archives

Legacy Status ensures the Original remains permanently recognized as the source and origin of all future editions. Collectors are not simply purchasing art. They become custodians of cultural memory.

Owning an Original means holding a permanent place within the evolving history of ACTIV3.

3. Echo Prints — When the Original Resonates Beyond Itself

After an Original enters Legacy Status, ACTIV3 may choose to release Echo Prints — carefully curated reproductions of the Original, created to extend the reach of the artwork while preserving the rarity of the master piece.

Echo Prints may include:

• Limited edition releases
• Signed reproductions
• Numbered collector editions
• Special curated print runs

An Echo Print is not the Original. It is its resonance. The Original remains the source. Echo Prints carry its legacy forward.

Collector Ownership Rights

Purchase of an Original ACTIV3 artwork grants ownership of the physical master piece only.

Ownership includes:

• Exclusive possession of the original 1/1 artwork
• Certificate of Authenticity
• Recognition in ACTIV3 collector archives
• Genesis Collector status

Ownership does not automatically transfer:

• Copyright ownership
• Intellectual property rights
• Commercial licensing rights
• Reproduction rights
• Derivative creation rights
• Publishing or branding rights

All creative, intellectual, and reproduction rights remain exclusively reserved by ACTIV3, unless explicitly transferred in a separate written agreement.

Certificate of Authenticity

Every Original ACTIV3 artwork comes with an official Certificate of Authenticity. Each certificate contains:

• Artwork Title
• Collection / Series
• Edition Number (1/1 or limited e.g. 7/25)
• Medium (Canvas / Digital / Mixed Media)
• Date of Release
• Artist Signature
• Divine Cross-Key Seal — the official mark of ACTIV3 authentication.

The Certificate of Authenticity is the collector’s permanent record of ownership and the artwork’s place within the ACTIV3 archive.

Blind Bid Auction Policy

Certain ACTIV3 Originals may be sold through a Blind Bid Auction. In a Blind Bid Auction:

• Bidders submit private sealed offers
• Competing bids remain undisclosed during the auction period
• The highest qualified bid at closing takes the Original.
